Alpha Granite is seeking a full-time Sales Executive for their location in Austin. The ideal candidate for this position will have some experience with sales and admin support.
This person must be:

- Highly professional, especially with customer and phone calls
- Skilled in problem-solving and proficient in both verbal and written communication
- Comfortable learning new software
- Competent in managing workload and adjusting to changes efficiently
- Proficient in customer interaction, whether in-person or through telephone communication
- Motivated and have the ability to develop and maintain strong relationships with clients both new and existing.
- Capable of working accurately and swiftly under pressure, while also maintaining organization and attention to detail.
DUTIES:
· Conduct showroom consultations for product/color recommendations – both by appointment and for walk-in traffic.
· Create accurate estimates based on plans/dimensions provided by customer.
· Take Preliminary on-site measurements when needed in order to complete estimate.
· Complete and process all paperwork necessary for the order, including deposit payment.
· Determine appropriate project material requirements.
· Create digital layouts/vein match for optimal slab yield and aesthetics.
· Submit reports showing sales, leads, cold calls, and follow up activities.
· Maintain relationships with existing partners and cultivate new client relationships via prospecting and introductory calls.
· Conduct occasional site visits to key clients.
· Attend industry functions as necessary, including some evenings and weekends.

The Ideal Candidate Will Possess:
· Previous customer service experience
· Previous experience with home improvement, design, granite, flooring and / or cabinetry
· Working knowledge of CRM software
· Outstanding customer service skills
· A college dregree
